| The
camp facilitators aim at providing both an emotionally and physically
safe environment for the participants. The facilitators are involved
in the entire process of building a wholistic program for the participants.
Many of the facilitators have dedicated their life to the outdoors
and have a passion for the native life! |

Naveen Kumar An avid mountaineer and climber, he has trained under the ethos of the famed Deccan Mountaineering League from the year 1992 at Mysore. At the center he was involved with training several professionals from various institutes, such as IPS probationers in NPS, Hyderabad, Probationary Commandants CISF, Hyderabad, PSI, Karnataka Police Academy, Southern Railways: Scouts and Guides, STF: Tamil Nadu, NCC: Karnataka Girls Battalion and COD, Karnataka. He has also been the team Leader for high altitude expeditions to the base camp of the Himalayas, Kala Pathar. |

Maria A huge wild life enthusiast and nature lover, she brings a lot of positive energy in her camps. Believes that no hill cannot be scaled and no river cannot be crossed. Someone who believes that nothing is impossible, has traveled from the age of 13,and believes that the wild teaches you the real essence of life. Also a part of our Outdoor Educational Excursion team, she has traveled with kids of all ages around India and Overseas. A sports enthusiast and nature lover, this youngster is an asset to the team and surely rubs her positive energy to those around her. |

Ramesh Rachappa A physical trainer by profession. He is actively involved with children on a day to day basis. He encourages them into sports activities with a lot of zeal. An avid naturalist, wildlife enthusiast and a skilled trekker. He is actively involved in various forest survey camps, animal spotting and bird watching camps. He trains the participants in survival skills and teaches them how to be self-reliant in the outdoors, constantly pushing then to persevere harder. This avid trekker is an instant favorite among the kids. |

Mehar A telecom engineer by profession, believes that the outdoors are her calling and is ready for every challenge in the wild. Widely backpacked across India, she believes that the youth need to experience the thrill of the outdoors in order to connect with themselves and their fellow human beings. Is the coordinator for the company's Outdoor Educational Excursion and Study Tour Unit for institutions. Has traveled across India with different age group of children and has a special bond with all of them. Children love to be around her. |

Zubair A black belt in Karate and native of Wayanad, this nature lover is also an adventure enthuiast. Children love to go exploring with him and he makes sure we all summit the peak safely at the end of the day. Well versed in the terrain at Wayanad, he is our on ground expert and is a specialist in the terrain of wayanad. We also credit him on showing us the secret natural ponds, termed as natural swimming pools by the kids. Great fun to have on the camps. |

Nanda Our resident guide to the Kudremukh range. He has trekked these parts extensively and loves the feel of nature and the old. Also a lover of animals, his presence of mind in the outdoors and knowledge of the malnad is an asset to the company. |
